1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SpectraSpace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not download or use the application.

2. License Grant

SpectraSpace grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on macOS devices that you own or control. The free version permits Home Directory scans. The Pro version permits specific folder and whole hard drive scans under a paid lifetime license or subscription model.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Reclaiming storage space moves files to the macOS Trash directory. While we design the application to protect user directories, SpectraSpace is not responsible for accidental data loss or deletions resulting from user action.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
