1. Telemetry Usage

SpectraSpace uses an application monitoring platform to capture error logs, performance metrics, and stability reports. We collect this data strictly to find bugs, fix crashes, and optimize scanning speed.

2. Verified Zero-PII Collection

We believe your directories and files are your personal domain. Our telemetry payload is strictly anonymized. We explicitly verify and guarantee that the following information is never collected, stored, or transmitted:

• Usernames, directories, file paths, or file contents.
• Email addresses, phone numbers, or account names.
• IP addresses (IP masking is enabled at the telemetry level).

The only data transmitted includes anonymous system metadata (macOS version, CPU architecture, screen resolution) and overall operational counters (e.g. scan duration, number of files scanned, and count of deleted nodes).

3. Support Tickets

When you fill out our Support form, the details you enter (Name, Email, and message context) along with basic system metadata are securely proxy-submitted to our private support queue. We only use this information to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact details.

4. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website does not use cookies for tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous, aggregated performance and traffic metrics. These tools do not set any cookies or store personal data. A temporary, functional cookie may be set strictly to manage website caching during updates, which does not contain user identifiers and does not require consent.
