利用規約

1. 規約への同意

SpectraSpace をダウンロードまたは使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約を遵守することに同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、アプリをダウンロードまたは使用しないでください。

2. ライセンスの付与

SpectraSpace は、お客様が所有または管理する macOS デバイスで本ソフトウェアを使用するための、個人的で譲渡不可かつ非独占的なライセンスを付与します。無料版ではホームディレクトリのスキャンが可能です。Pro版では、永続ライセンスまたはサブスクリプションにより、特定のフォルダやドライブ全体のスキャンが許可されます。

3. 保証の否認

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Reclaiming storage space moves files to the macOS Trash directory. While we design the application to protect user directories, SpectraSpace is not responsible for accidental data loss or deletions resulting from user action.

4. 準拠法

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
